We Al-Rudha Al-Taqnia company, were founded in the year of 2014 under name of IT LOBBY company for general trading and information technology science, as a specialized company in trading of information technology and telecommunication (hardware). Al-Rudha Al-Taqnia is same meaning of IT LOBBY, the name changed in year of 2024, the reason of change to follow Iraqi government rules which accepts only Arabic names, and for us to be able to operate in a legal way all over Iraq we decided to change the name and follow fully Iraqi laws. We have 27 branches divided all over Iraq, with more than 200 staff working in different departments of our company (Human resource, Sales, After Sales Service, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Legal and Warehouse). 98% of our company staff are local people from Iraq and 2% are from other countries.
Work History
In 2015 immediately after establishing our company, we became Lenovo partner in Iraq, through that we were able to work with many organizations in Iraq as (IOM, DRC, NRC, etc.,).
We were supplying all IT hardware needs of these organizations from the years 2015 to 2017.
In 2015, we became Apple authorized reseller in Iraq, we used to sell Apple products from our showrooms to the end users.
In 2016 we became OPPO distributor in Iraq, for the first time we brought this brand to Iraq and we successfully managed this brand till 2019.
In 2017 we became Xiaomi distributor in Iraq till now, successfully we shifted all our business to distribution of mobile brands and we are totally focusing on this sector for now.
We are currently managing 7 Xiaomi stores which are created all over Iraq, we are selling all Xiaomi products , Mobiles, Pad and AioT.

We repair device out warranty if the device has misuse out warranty means the repairing cost will charge on the customer.

What conditions are considered to render a mobile device or our electronics product out of warranty?
We consider the device is out of warranty (misuse) if one of the below conditions happened.

○ Open or repair outside of our service centers
○ Make rooting (Damage the Software)

Is it possible to exchange the product without any prior use?
We will not change the device if it has been misused or if we don't find a manufacturing defect even if a customer bought a device more than 7 days.

• If it is activated in less than 7 days and having manufacturing defect.
• If it is activated 7 days and needs to be opened physically as it has an issue.
