In Warranty Terms:

We give customer 18 months of repairing in-warranty and changing device first seven days from activation of the device if we found the device has a manufacturing defect

Our warranty period for all Xiaomi products is mentioned in below table:

  • Mobiles and Pads: 18 months
  • TV: 12 months
  • Scooter & Vacuum Robot: 6 months
  • Other products: 3 to 6 months

Out of Warranty Terms:

We repair devices out of warranty if the device has been misused. Repairing costs will be paid by the customer.

We consider the device to be out of warranty (misuse) if one of the following conditions has occurred:

  • Water Damage
  • Physical Damage (Broken)
  • Device has been opened or repaired outside of our service centers
  • Rooting the device (Software Damage)

Device Exchange:

In the following cases, the customer's old device will be received, and they will be provided with a new device:

  • If the device is activated in less than 7 days and has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the device is activated for more than 7 days and needs to be physically opened due to an issue.
  • If one of its major parts has a functioning issue.
